### **Returns & Refunds**  
We accept returns within **14 days** of delivery for eligible items.  

**Eligible for Refund/Exchange:**  
✓ Unused home decor & apparel (with original tags/packaging)  
✓ Damaged or defective items (contact us within 48 hours of delivery)  

**Final Sale Items (Non-Refundable):**  
✗ Bath, body & wellness products (for hygiene reasons)  
✗ Books & publishing (all sales final)  
✗ Personalized/custom-made items  

### **How to Return an Item**  
1. Email **returns@thesradius.com** with:  
   - Order number  
   - Photos of item(s)  
   - Reason for return  
2. We'll send return instructions within 2 business days  
3. Ship items to:

### **Refund Processing**  
- **Timeline:** 5-10 business days after we receive your return  
- **Method:** Original payment (credit/debit may take 1-2 billing cycles)  
- **Deductions:** Return shipping costs (unless item was defective)  

### **Exchanges**  
We currently offer **store credit only** for eligible items.  

### **Damaged Items?**

- Photos of damaged product  
- Photos of packaging  

We'll resolve within **3 business days** (replacement or refund).
